How Booking Works

  1. Check your date. Tell me your event date, venue, guest count and preferred service window.
  2. Choose your package: Pick Sparkle, Magic or Enchanted, plus Cupcake Creation or Tray Bake & Dress.
  3. Secure your booking. A 50% deposit secures your date once I confirm availability by email. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. Rush dates within 10 days may be available (+10%).
  4. Enjoy the sparkle. I arrive early to style the station, then serve your guests live. Tear‑down is included, so you can relax and soak up the compliments

Can you serve outdoors?

Yes, with shade/cover and a level surface. In warm weather, I recommend Cupcake Creation for the best buttercream stability.

Do you bring tables and equipment?

Yes, I provide everything needed for the station setup and service

Can you accommodate dietary requests?

At present I don’t offer gluten‑free or vegan. Full allergen signage is provided, and products may contain traces of nuts.

How many guests can you serve per hour?

Typically 50–60 cupcakes/hour or 25–35 plated slices/hour when I’m serving solo. For larger headcounts we can extend the service window or recommend Cupcake Creation for speed.

What if my guest count changes?

Final numbers are due 10 days before your event so I can prep perfectly. Additional guests may be added after that by quote.

What’s your cancellation policy?

The 50% deposit secures your date and is non‑refundable. Date changes within 30 days are subject to a £45 change fee and are dependent on availability.
